We govern the game everywhere the game is played, so we ship everywhere the game is played. Every country, every territory — tracked, customs-cleared, accounted for. Where a border charges duty or import tax, that levy belongs to your government and rests with the recipient. The piece clears. It always clears.

Shipping is priced on top of the product — never buried inside the sticker to make a figure look softer than it is. You see the exact cost, for your exact destination, before you pay a cent. Taxes are calculated at checkout by where you are. No handling fee. No “processing” surcharge. The number at checkout is the number.
Recall Protocol
Thirty days to change your mind.
You have 30 days from delivery to send a piece back — unworn, unwashed, tags intact, as issued. If we shipped a defect or made the error, we pay the return postage and reship without a single question. If you simply changed your mind, cover the return leg; the refund posts to your original method once the piece scans back in. The air pump needle is a consumable and non-returnable. Anything worn in play is yours.
The Piece Testifies
You can’t argue with the chip.
Every physical piece carries an NTAG 424 DNA chip fired into the crest. On return we tap it — it answers with a rolling cryptographic code, a fresh signature every time, that cannot be cloned, reprinted, or faked. That single tap confirms the piece is the exact genuine unit we shipped. No “is this real” dispute. No counterfeit swapped for a refund. The piece testifies for itself.
