Shipping is charged on top of the piece; taxes and any duties are calculated at checkout, not buried in the price. We don't pad the number to look generous. We just move.

Custom jersey orders can be modified by email within 12 hours of purchase — write the office with your order number and the correction, and we'll set the record straight. At hour twelve the order enters proof & layup and locks. Stock pieces: if it hasn't left the building, write fast and we'll catch it. Once anything ships, all sales are final.

Yes. Every country plays the same game. Duties and import taxes are set by your border, not by us — calculated at checkout where we can see them, collected by your carrier where we can't. Either way, the piece clears. It always clears.

Three things, in order. Turn NFC on — it's off by default on some Androids; iPhones keep it live. Move the top third of the phone across the crest slowly, not the center. Take the case off if it's thick or metal. Nine times out of ten it's the case. Try again — the chip isn't going anywhere.

No. iPhone XS and newer read it just by holding it near the crest, screen on, no app. Android reads it the same once NFC is switched on in Settings. Old hardware without an NFC antenna won't — that's the phone's limit, not the chip's.

Then you're holding something that isn't ours, and we want to know immediately. Screenshot what the tap returned and write the office with where you bought it. We defend the mark. Counterfeit isn't a customer-service issue to us — it's a violation of jurisdiction.

With the SICK needle and any standard pump. Wet the needle first — a drop of water, never dry — then seat it straight into the valve so you don't tear the bladder. Typos, wrong sizes, errors in your submission: no refunds, no exchanges, no store credit. You previewed every shirt before you paid; that was the checkpoint.
